Meza Porta di Ferro

Fiore's Half Iron Gate. The inclined blade deflects an incoming cut; the same motion rises into a thrust.

The guard sits with the sword across the body, point down and to the side. Its diagonal shape turns a static posture into a deflection: the cut glances off the angled blade and the same motion drives the point upward into the chest or face.
