Jerking-away. The bind goes hard; you snatch the sword back so their pressure finds no resistance; you restrike the opening they have over-committed to.

From a hard bind, withdraw the blade abruptly. Their force meets nothing; their structure leans forward; the opening they have just exposed is yours. Speed in the re-direction is the whole play.
