Changing through. The point slips beneath the opposing blade and rises on the other side.
If the opponent reaches for your blade — to parry, to beat, to bind — you do not give it to them. The point drops under their steel and rises on the far side, threatening the line they have just abandoned. Done from Langort it converts a defended thrust into an undefended one; done in the bind it leads naturally to a winding or to a thrust beneath the arms.
