Mutating. The parried cut becomes a thrust — same hands, same motion, but the point slips below the bind into the lower opening.

Ringeck's rule: when you bind, if he is strong, mutate below to the lower opening with the stab. The cut does not fail and the bind does not break; the action simply morphs from edge above to point below.
