A rising cut from below. The natural exit from Alber and the answer to a thrust from Pflug.

From Alber or from a low Wechsel the blade rises along a diagonal line — long edge or short edge — into the opponent's arms or the underside of their sword. Meyer treats the Unterhau as preparation more than conclusion: it lifts the steel into Ochs or Langort, where the next true blow waits. Used straight against a thrust it works as a Streichen, sweeping the incoming point upward.
