Schielhau gegen Langort
— squinting cut against the long point
The squinter breaks the Long Point. The short edge descends along their extended line and lands on hands or chest in the same tempo.
From Vom Tag, step to the outside of their levelled point and answer with the short edge: hands inverted, head moving with the blade, the cut knocking their point aside and landing on the arms or upper body in one stroke. If they withdraw the point first, chase with a Nachreisen thrust.
